Requirements:
A minimum of three years of relevant experience, ideally within a multinational organization
Proficiency in spoken and written English (B2-C1 level).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams or stakeholders
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven experience in writing, editing, and event planning/execution.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
Collaborative and energetic with a positive, can-do attitude.
Responsibilities:
Manage and execute communication strategies within the organization to ensure alignment with business goals and consistency across all channels.
︁︀︂︃︃︈︃︀Responsible for organizing and promoting media and events for the organization.
Develop visually engaging and well-structured proposals that effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
Establish and maintain contact with stakeholders, creating and disseminating messages to both internal and external audiences.
Oversee proposal timelines to ensure all deadlines are met and submissions are promptly delivered.
Serve as the project leader for communication initiatives by:
Aligning project timelines with available resources to maximize efficiency.
Briefing project teams on objectives and expectations.
