What you’ll do?

You will be responsible to identify, select, coach and mentor the best commercial proﬁles while detecting hidden potential in people and developing the skills to become autonomous high performing commercials
You will recruit, select and coach candidates with potential in commercial ﬁeld
You will invest trust and resources in development of talented commercial proﬁles and inspire them
You will build a professional learning expert image and a valuable trademark
You will keep track of trainees' progress and adjust coaching methods to constantly support and encourage their performance
