We are currently looking for an Office Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong problem-solving ability in a fast pace environment, excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Your key responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact in the organization.
Maintain positive relationships with the company’s partners, clients, and suppliers.
Oversee document management, ensuring accurate organization and filing.
Receive, send and track correspondence and important documents.
Performs the necessary arrangements and/or provide support for organizing various events within the company.
Support other departments in organizing off-site activities (like workshops, conferences, meetings).
Support with any ad-hoc request related to office administration.
To qualify for the role you must have:
Previous proven experience in a similar or related position.
Good command of English, both spoken and written (B2 level).
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Good interpersonal communication and multi-tasking skills.
Well organized, friendly, self-starter, flexible, problem-solver.
