The new role will be responsible for leading, organizing, establish responsibilities, providing the necessary support and guiding his team to achieve the objectives: taking over the responsibility of the post-order process, with the aim of reducing the administrative charge of commercials, the time between order and receipt, the number of litigations and their processing time.
Key responsibilities:
Set clear objectives, define roles and responsibilities and ensure each team member aligns with the team’s vision;
Train, support and guide team members to ensure they meet their individual targets and KPIs;
Communicate expectations, goals and feedback to the group regularly and resolve any concerns or issues actively;
Generate reports on team performance and provide regular updates to the management;
Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Experience in a leadership or management role;
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
Strong leadership, time management and organisational skills;
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills;
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs; (Selligent, SAP, etc.)
Knowledge of the commercial activity (flows, procedures);
Available to travel;
Fluency in English, second language a plus (french, spanish, turkish, italien, etc.);
