Responsibilities:

Lead initiatives to streamline and enhance GBS processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Conduct LEAN events and identify improvement opportunities
-
Develop and implement transition projects or scope expansions for new business units and functions joining the GBS framework.

Demonstrate analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights that contribute to informed decision-making.

Identify areas for improvement based on the voice of the customer, translate business needs and opportunities into actionable insights and advise internal stakeholders on where to focus attention

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
-
drive process changes by communicating insights, and facilitating the adoption of new practices within the organization.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by understanding team needs and challenges and providing them with recommendations to enable data-driven decision-making.

Prepare and deliver visualizations and presentations that translate analytic insights into actionable solutions
-
Postgraduate studies or certifications in Lean Six Sigma and/or Project Management is a must.

6+ years in operational excellence, preferably in a GBS environment, and good understanding of typical GBS processes, including RTR, PTC, STP, HR, IT, among others.

Proven track record of successfully implementing continuous improvement projects and in complex organizations, and experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, PDCA, VSM among others.

University degree in related field such as Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent work experience preferred.

Strong skill in data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and relevant insights.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and motivate them towards common project goals.

Skill in influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization to implement changes.

Ability to think outside the box to solve complex problems and implement innovative solutions.

Focus on achieving set goals and objectives, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Commitment to high ethical standards and personal integrity.
Willingness to work 3 days per week from our Poznań office. Work permit to work in Poland required.
