Responsibilities:
- Managing the RFQ process (preparation, sending, feedback analysis, negotiations e.g. MOQ, contracts, saving etc.) for production components, ensuring compliance with the purchasing process guidelines.
- Escalation of problems related to ensuring continuity of supply in accordance with the escalation matrix.
- Support for operational topics related to component shortages, conducting teleconferences with suppliers.
- Change management (valuation, analysis, negotiations, timing) in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Conducting analyzes of production capacity at suppliers and managing project changes (extension, shortening, volume change).
- Initiating optimization actions (resourcing, insourcing, benchmark).
- Responsibility for the assigned purchasing categories/projects in accordance with the applicable division.
Requirements:
- At least a bachelor's degree (technical/economic fields)
- 3-5 years of experience working in the purchasing department
- Knowledge of English at a level enabling communication (B2)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Negotiation skills – negotiations with suppliers
