To strengthen our Supply Chain Management team, we are looking for experienced candidates for the position of Operational Buyer with French. for our Global Supply Chain Team. Responsibilities:
Process Purchase Requisitions and create Purchase Orders
Support process from sourcing and RFQ up to signing contract
Drive cost savings and reductions
Proactively monitor confirmations of Purchase Orders from the suppliers
Proactively manage on time deliveries
Resolve issues related to Purchase Orders and Invoices
Closely collaborate with your internal customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
Report your achievements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Support our further development by identification and implementation of improvements
Support and promote a culture where a high quality of work is the norm
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in corporate environment, ideally in operational area
Knowledge of Procurement/ Supply Chain Management processes and function
Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Business or similar
Fluency (written and spoken) in both English and French
Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
Customer focus with proactive attitude
Negotiation skills will be an asset
Proficient use of SAP, Ariba, Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and Power Point is desirable
