Ordering trading and production materials from our international suppliers
Ensuring material availability based on regular evaluation of order proposals and independent optimization of scheduling parameters
Cooperation with our suppliers, as well as sales and production planning
Monitoring the supply chain in designated areas
Tracking orders with respect to delivery dates
Timely control and posting of supplier invoices
Maintenance of purchasing-relevant master data
System-related and commercial processing of return deliveries

Several years of work experience in operational purchasing, international procurement experience desirable
Experience in the use of ERP system, knowledge of pro Alpha will be an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Precise and diligent working manner, as well as communication and organizational skills
High level of initiative, reliability and commitment
Good oral and written English language skills
