To expand our team we are looking for a Payroll Analyst with Italian who will be based in Poland and will join Global Payroll Team delivering services for 23 countries. This role will work closely on all the tasks below with the HR admin & payroll resources located in the key countries in Europe. This person will be supporting payroll for Italy and UK.
Your Day to Day:
Payroll data input - bonuses, benefits
Coordinate process of processing the benefits
Support onboarding / offboarding process form payroll side
Perform all info type and time compares before each payroll run to ensure accuracy within SAP and Payroll Systems
Responsible for answering employee’s and nonemployee’s Tier 2 and Tier 3 payroll and time inquiries and continually evaluating opportunities to increase capabilities of Tier I support inquiries
Support 3rd parties reporting
Assist with year-end processes for all countries to ensure successful year end including all required government forms
Support all payroll checks and audits
Support Senior Payroll Analyst for running payroll on-cycles and off- cycles
Provide support for time system's issues and questions from employees
Support employee's questions relating to time, benefits, and pay
Who You Are:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience including global payroll processing
1- 2 years experience processing payroll or 2-3 years minimum in Italian HR
Very good knowledge of English and Italian language (B2/C1)
Experience in answering employees/non-employees global payroll Tier 2 and Tier 3 questions in a timely and professional manner
Experience with SAP/Success Factors,
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to accuracy
Team-oriented style and strong customer service attitude
Intermediate Excel skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability and willingness to work flexible work hours to ensure payroll deadlines are met.
