WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Analytical thinking and love for data / strategy / analysis - Proactive problem solver
- English (business communication proficiency)
- Power BI expertise including development of new reports using various data sources
- SQL expertise including querying for joining tables and ETL processes for reports
- Ability to operate clearly in an ambiguous environment, ability to influence and challenge status quo
- Attention to details
- AI experience - e.g. Copilot (nice to have)
- Service Now and Jira expertise
- ITPF practitioner
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- ITIL understanding/certification
- Product and Operations processes understanding

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
-
Run E2E analytics of data coming from different sources (Brinqua, Service Now, One GRC etc..) - Propose and lead data driven service excellence continuous improvement actions.
- Trigger proactive problem management approach basing on analyzed data
- Maintain and adjust existing reports you will be responsible for (refresh, error debugging, adding data and visuals based on requirements).
- Develop logical and conceptual data flows that are in support of service requirements and advise appropriate and effective use of data
- Supporting the team in IT Service Management activities: data gathering, analysis, and drawing conclusions related to specific systems
- Communicate and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Coordinate monthly service health check data gathering and communication
- Manage IT Service in line with ITIL and ITPF requirements
- Cooperate with Business and IT stakeholders (including vendors)
