ITPF practitioner

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
Run E2E analytics of data coming from different sources (Brinqua, Service Now, One GRC etc..)
Propose and lead data driven service excellence continuous improvement actions.
Trigger proactive problem management approach basing on analyzed data
Maintain and adjust existing reports you will be responsible for (refresh, error debugging, adding data and visuals based on requirements).
Develop logical and conceptual data flows that are in support of service requirements and advise appropriate and effective use of data
Supporting the team in IT Service Management activities: data gathering, analysis, and drawing conclusions related to specific systems
Communicate and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Coordinate monthly service health check data gathering and communication
Manage IT Service in line with ITIL and ITPF requirements
Cooperate with Business and IT stakeholders (including vendors)
