We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Junior Data Analyst T&E. This position offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or entry-level professionals looking to kick-start their career in the field of analysis. As a Junior Data Analyst T&E, you will work closely with your team leader and global Travel & Expense team to collect, analyze, and interpret travel data to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes within the organization.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Junior Data Analyst T&E. This position offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or entry-level professionals looking to kick-start their career in the field of analysis. As a Junior Data Analyst T&E, you will work closely with your team leader and global Travel & Expense team to collect, analyze, and interpret travel data to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct preliminary analysis: collect, clean, and analyze travel-related data, including airfare trends, hotel rates, booking patterns, and travel expenses.
- Assist in the development of reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track and present travel KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to internal stakeholders.
- Support the team in conducting research on travel markets, pricing trends, and competitors.
- Help identify trends and opportunities within travel data to optimize business travel strategies and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with your team leader and cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data requirements.
- Assist in conducting ad-hoc analyses and generating insights for specific travel-related queries and projects.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline or first experience in data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Well – developed communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tool such as Power BI (knowledge of SQL is an asset).
- SAP Concur knowledge is an asset.
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization.
- English (B2+) written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a global team environment.
