Responsibilities:
- Oversees the quality, accuracy and timeliness of process activities within Invoice processing EMEA GBS STP team
- Maintains excellent relationships with internal & external stakeholders (incl. Procurement, Suppliers, Genpact etc.)
- Sets goals & defines priorities for the team; supports team in solving problems on daily basis
- Ensures process execution in accordance to policies, legal regulations, internal controls and standards
- Proactively drives standardization and continuous improvement for processes in scope
- Ensures process documentation (process maps and Standard Operating Procedures) is in place and regularly updated
Requirements:
- Experience in finance area
- At least 2 + years of experience in Team leader/ Supervisor position
- Good knowledge of German language is a plus
- Very good written and spoken English
- MS Office Skills, including advanced Excel literacy
- High problem-solving and coordination skills
- High customer and service orientation
- Very good communication skills and assertiveness
- MA/BA degree in accountancy, economics or finance related field is a plus
- Willingness to work 3 days per week from our Poznań office ( Kolorowa 6 street)
