We are looking for an outstanding Junior Operations Executive Intern, 3-month fixed-term contract, to be part of our fantastic Courier Operations Team in Poland \u D83C\u DDF5\u D83C\u DDF1 We are aiming to find a candidate with the understanding of the operations’ dynamics and an interest towards the last-mile delivery in Poland.
You will report to our Courier Operations Manager, based in Warsaw, and this role will be office based in Warsaw.
Your mission \u D83D\u DE80
- Building and supporting in the best way possible the relationships with our main partners (the courier fleet, fleet partners, equipment suppliers).
- Creating, onboarding and maintaining a high performing fleet with excellent client service with our partners.
- Aligning the OPS strategy, day to day work, our OKRs and targets with our partners.
- Managing the main centralized tasks with our partners: meetings, reporting, quality control \u D83D\u DDEF
- Supporting registration conversion and new user sourcing \u D83D\u DD0E
- Developing and optimizing processes to allow our partners and us to scale quickly and efficiently according to our targets.
- Collaborating with technical teams in developing new features and ensuring amazing user experience \u D83E\u DDD1\u D83C\u DFFE\u D83D\u DCBB.
What do we need from you? \u D83D\u DE0E
- Interest and initial experience in operations/logistics/transport.
- Academic background in Engineering, Economics, Logistics, Business, or equivalent job experience would be a plus.
- Great analytical skills with proven experience in Excel would be a great plus.
- Being a self-motivated & results-driven person.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident to own, manage and develop the relationship with internal & external stakeholders.
- Ready to take ownership of the assigned projects & able to manage and develop them to a bigger scale.
- Possessing business awareness & able to rapidly identify opportunities for improvement and provide creative solutions.
- Being fearless to get the job done, even if it means making mistakes along the way.
- Availability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Fluent Polish & very good English is required. Ukrainian and/or Russian language skills would be a great plus.
