Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Handling order entry related investigations in a timely manner & contacting external/internal Customer via Customer Interaction Centre CIC (templates).
- Identifying Customers’ needs, clarifying potential issues & missing information, resolving OE queries and providing long term solutions.
- Monitoring & relevant follow up for open orders (OMD & OOB) Procure to pay & Open Order Book.
- Block & error, back order & par level management, delivery, pricing and transport reports follow up.
- Close cooperation with internal & external stakeholders (Regional Offices, 3rd party Vendors, Sales, Pricing etc.).
- Working in SAP ECC/CRM CIC environment.
- Performing order entry for Diabetes Direct to Patient in SAP and orders monitoring via internal system and Pricing reports.
- Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Spoken and written proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) and in Swedish (minimum B2 level)
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Care Operations Departments
- Able to work under time constraints
- Proactive and investigative mindset as well as a high level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Team player who at the same time work independently on moderately complex projects with general supervision.
- Being willing to recommend enhancements in processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness.
- Flexible, open for close cooperation with 3rd party Vendor
- Proficiency in using M.S. Office – Outlook, Excel and willingness to use new applications/tools
Experience in using SAP, advanced Excel knowledge (VBA) and OMD & OOB, SAP ECC related knowledge are an advantage.
