At this point, Zelh is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our third-party logistics company.
One of our clients, the logistics division of of its company is looking for vibrant and energetic CSR to join our 3PL team. Our client is a privately held family company that has been in business for over 90 years and is actively expanding the 3PL/GLX division. As a CSR, your primary responsibility will be to communicate with the customer and assist them with any transportation needs.
Responsibilities
- Enter all new freight orders into the TMS system (Mc Leod)
- Schedule appointment via phone, email or web portal with shipping and receiving locations.
- Enter and ensure all shipment data is correct in Mc Leod.
- Make daily check calls on all in transit freight.
- Collect necessary PODs /BOLs directly from carriers and supply documentation to accounting department.
- Manage incoming calls and emails and respond professionally and promptly.
- Research answers or solutions as needed.
- Build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication with the customer.
- Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns in a professional and prompt manner.
- Provide operational and sales support.
- Ability to assess situations and proactively communicate to all pertinent parties
Working conditions:
- Work schedule: 14:00 - 23:00 (Poland time)
