At this point, Zelh is looking for a Customer Service Representative for our third-party logistics company.
Responsibilities:
Daily communication with drivers and customers
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat on time.
Provide accurate information regarding shipping, tracking, and logistics services.
Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
Resolve any issues or complaints related to shipping and logistics promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on services.
Stay updated on industry trends and company policies to provide the best service possible.
Working conditions:
Work schedule: 8-5pm EST

Required skills:
English level Upper-Intermediate (B2) is A MUST
Experience in the logistics domain
Import/export experience will be a plus
Ability to work in a high-stress/paced environment
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in Customer Support will be appreciated
PC proficient (Microsoft Office preferred)
Excellent problem-solving abilities
