Customer Account Specialist/Specjalista ds. Obsługi Klienta

This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:


We are looking for Customer Account Specialist to join our team!

How you’ll make your mark:

• Work collaboratively with clients
  
• Effectively manage client’s expectations.
  
• Solve customer queries related to invoices flow
  
• Create PO in the systems
  
• Cooperate closely with other operational teams and HPE/HPEFS financial departments
  
• Guarantee high quality of the customer service, provides information and offers solutions
  

About you:

• Typically a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 4-6 years related experience
  
• 4-6 years related experience in customer support field or collections
  
• Working knowledge of the field of Customer Relations.
  
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Good problem solving skills
  
• Reasonable level of PC and system skills
  
• Fluency in English language is required
