We are looking for proactive, self-motivated and attentive individual willing to join Offer Operations Team in multinational and open-minded environment. The purpose of this role is to support Sales Representatives with deal creation in Vendavo platform and mass-management of all deals aligned to rules. The objective of the activities is to maintain price continuity, avoid double pricing and reduce number of created deals in order to achieve data transparency in the system.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Entering prices confirmed by Sales Representatives into Vendavo using predefined tools.
- Maintaining high quality of processed data with a use of Vendavo, SAP, Service Now.
- Preparing reports and other data sets as required.
- Maintaining general controls over the integrity and security of all pricing and contract information.
- Prioritizing according to workload and SLAs.
- Achieving defined KPIs.
- Establishing strong working relationships with local and regional pricing contacts.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor Education or equivalent experience
- German language skills at C1 level and English language skills at minimum B2 level
- Previous experience in pricing or analytical or financial institution and/or process driven back office - 1 year experience minimum required
- Good communication skills (oral and written) good listener, articulating clear messages appropriately to targeted audience
- Earlier experience with SAP ERP tools, Vendavo, Service Now
