If you like this, why not consider working for Medtronic as a Sales Representative in our Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM) Polish team! We are currently looking for a Sales Representative to promote and sell our advanced and innovative products to hospitals and healthcare professionals in central part of Poland.
For this role you need to be in Warsaw and your area of expertise should be in Intensive Care Units or similar. This role is only for brave people!!
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Sell and promote the innovative range of Medtronic ACM products.
- Sell the full range of products in assigned accounts or regions in a professional manner to hospitals and related healthcare professionals, as well as for the management of quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
- Cooperate and coordinate activities with the whole team in the territory to maximize the opportunities.
- Build strong business relationships with customers to ensure usage of our products and gain greater market share, leading through economic selling, developing and presenting commercial offers.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- University degree (technical, biotechnical, medical, physiotherapy, biology, business)
- Min. 1 year of sales experience, preferably in medical devices environment (but not a must).
- Good knowledge of English spoken and written
- Proficiency in Polish language
- Adaptability, ability and eagerness to learn
- Creative problem solving
- Customer focus, team player
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain strong business relationship
- Sales abilities/persuasiveness, drive for results
Ethical approach to sales responsibilities
Experience with tender procedures preferable and with Intensive Care Units devices is desirable.
