ENGIE Services Sp. z o. o. has been operating in the Polish market since 1997. We are an international service company specializing in the management and operation of technical installations in office buildings, industrial facilities, public utility buildings, and logistics warehouses. We are currently looking for a position: Key Account Manager (M/W)
Responsibilities:
Preparing commercial offers, calculations, and valuations for technical property management services
Participating in and leading negotiations in national tenders (office buildings, logistics facilities, others)
Acquiring new national clients, including conducting negotiations
Collecting and processing data for the Sales Department
Collaborating with the Operations Department on prepared offers
Presenting proposals during commercial presentations
Project risk analysis
Requirements:
Technical education (Environmental Engineering, Automation, Energy, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or related fields)
Experience and knowledge in building technical installations such as air conditioning, ventilation, heating, fire protection, and others
Minimum 2 years in the sale of technical services in the field of technical infrastructure of buildings, or in the sale of services in the industrial sector
Knowledge of the market for valuation of engineering works and services, as well as technical maintenance services for buildings
Communicative English in speech and writing, minimum B2 level
Knowledge of legal regulations related to technical maintenance
Very good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel and Power Point
Ability to conduct interactive presentations
Category B driving license
