Job Description
Supply Oilfield Services, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Safety Officer 3 to lead our safety initiatives in Subic. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive safety program to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage a robust safety management system aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Oversee incident investigation and root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Lead safety training programs and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze safety performance metrics, identifying trends and implementing improvement initiatives.
- Provide expert safety advice and guidance to management and employees.
- Lead and mentor a team of safety professionals.
- Represent the company in safety-related committees and forums.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in safety management in the oilfield services industry.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing safety programs.
- In-depth knowledge of local, national, and international safety regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification preferred.
