Safety Inspector
Job Description:
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Conduct regular inspections of mine sites, equipment, and facilities to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees.
- Conduct safety audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain accurate safety records and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote a strong safety culture.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
- At least one (1) year of experience in safety inspection or a related field, preferably in the mining industry.
- A minimum of forty (4) hours of certification in occupational health and safety or relevant professional certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of mining safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to conduct inspections in a mining environment.
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
