Duties and Responsibilities
1) Gain and maintain relevant familiarity with the project and operations within his assigned area, to include
required documentations and constant communications/interface with the Site Development Coordinator.
2) Perform and coordinate with team members, the Leadman and/or Site Development Coordinator, the following
tasks:
a) Understand the tasks at hand that require painting works.
b) Select the appropriate tools and paint for the task. Adjust appropriate setting for air pressure, and spray nozzle
for spray painting.
c) Prepare the surfaces to be painted. This includes cleaning and taping paint areas and removing old paint
coating if necessary.
d) Mix and apply paints, varnishes, and sealants for a lasting finish.
e) Meet task deadlines together with the skilled workforce in the expected quality standards.
f) Clean, secure, and return tools, equipment, and materials to its designated storage area on-site after work.
g) Adhere to the instructions of the Safety Officer regarding site safety activities and protocols.
3) Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by immediate superior and the Department Head
