1. Supervise operational staff who are undertaking LPG cylinder filling, lorry loading, maintenance, and other associated works to ensure they work within the agreed timelines and required standards
2. Ensure that HSSE issues are communicated effectively and ensure that the staff are fully aware of their responsibilities and fulfil their duties in accordance with ILC policies, procedures and standards
3. Assist in the recruitment, performance management and development of quality staff to ensure required skilled staff are available to fulfil contracts
4. Manage resources effectively ensuring tools and equipment are maintained by staff and stock requests are within ILC budget
5. Carry out tool box talks, meetings and annual appraisals
6. Ensure that work areas are kept in a safe condition whilst the work is being carried out and that the area is made safe at the end of the day
7. Ensure all emergency equipment (i.e., fire pumps, fire extinguishers, fire hoses, etc.) are in good condition at all times
8. Ensure the accuracy of cylinder and products inventory
9. Monitor productivity and operational statistics, KPI and Customer Service standards
10. Implement G-AMS /Asset PM, and HSSE programs
11. And any other jobs that may be delegated by POE.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
