A Leasing Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating the leasing activities of rental properties.
Scope of Work

• Documentation, site visits, coordination, and reports management.
• Reports to: Director of Leasing
• Supports: Leasing Officers in closing sales and submitting reports on time.
• Required Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, pleasing personality, experience in Power Point and Excel.
• Preferred knowledge: Excels in a wide range of knowledge in fashion and food and beverage brands.
• Track record of good sales performance and understands contracts and is willing to MULTI-TASK, work on weekends, and holidays, when need be.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business-related course.
• Has 2-3 years of experience.
• Has experience in either Sales, Marketing or Real Estate.
• Well versed in Excel files, Data Analysis, and Finance Management.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
