Leasing Officer
A Leasing Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating the leasing activities of rental properties.
Scope of Work
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
Scope of Work
- Documentation, site visits, coordination, and reports management.
- Reports to: Director of Leasing
- Supports: Leasing Officers in closing sales and submitting reports on time.
- Required Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, pleasing personality, experience in Power Point and Excel.
- Preferred knowledge: Excels in a wide range of knowledge in fashion and food and beverage brands.
- Track record of good sales performance and understands contracts and is willing to MULTI-TASK, work on weekends, and holidays, when need be.
- Graduate of any Business-related course.
- Has 2-3 years of experience.
- Has experience in either Sales, Marketing or Real Estate.
- Well versed in Excel files, Data Analysis, and Finance Management.
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
