Operation Supervisor - Skating rink and Cinema

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff management - Supervise, train, and schedule staff for both the skating rink and cinema. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.
  • Operational Oversight – Oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures, equipment maintenance, and facility cleanliness. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service – Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly. Promote a positive guest experience by ensuring staff are attentive and responsive.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels for concessions, skate rentals, and cinema supplies. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely stocking.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing special events, parties, and promotions for both the skating and cinema. Ensure events are staffed appropriately and run smoothly.
  • Financial Responsibilities: Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and cash handling procedures. Monitor and manage expenses to stay within budgetary constraints.
  • Safety and compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the facilities are maintained in accordance with local regulations and industry standards. Conduct regular safety drills and inspections.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Leasing Director and Marketing Manager, and other team members to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably within a recreational or entertainment environment. Experience with skating rinks and/or cinemas is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php32,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
