Mall Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and security of shopping mall. The role involves ensuring that the property is safe, well-maintained, and efficient while creating a comfortable environment for tenants, employees, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of the building's infrastructure (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, elevators, escalators).
• Coordinate regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Schedule preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage security teams to maintain a safe environment for shoppers, tenants, and staff.
• Ensure the implementation of emergency protocols, including fire drills and evacuation plans.
• Monitor surveillance systems and security equipment.
• Prepare and manage the facility's operational budget, including expenses related to utilities, maintenance, repairs, and security.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers for cleaning, security, and maintenance.
• Optimize energy usage and reduce operational costs where possible.
• Monitor and manage the performance of all building systems, including lighting, heating, and cooling systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facility management, property management, or a related field, with a focus on commercial or retail properties.
• Strong managerial and leadership abilities to oversee maintenance teams, security personnel, and contractors.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with tenants, staff, and service providers.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
