Leasing Manager
SUMMARY
This position will be responsible for managing the Leasing Operations of the Property Management (PM) Business Unit overseeing the leasing process for residential or commercial properties and ensuring that occupancy rates are maximized while maintaining tenant satisfaction. This role will also work closely with property owners, tenants, and leasing agents to achieve the company's leasing objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Operations, or other related fields
- Strong background in property leasing management; experience in managing/supervising teams required
- Experience in the retail industry preferred, not required
