Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team, focusing on the handling and distribution of fresh fruits and vegetables. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality, organization, and timely delivery of products while maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving and Inspection:

• Receive incoming shipments of fruits and vegetables, checking for quality and accuracy.
• Inspect products for freshness, damage, and compliance with safety standards.

Inventory Management:

• Organize and store products in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation based on expiration dates.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock counts.

Order Fulfillment:

• Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and ensure timely dispatch.
• Prepare products for shipping, including labeling and loading onto delivery vehicles.

Quality Control:

• Monitor product quality throughout the storage and handling process.
• Report any issues with inventory or quality to management promptly.

Sanitation and Safety:

• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies regarding food handling.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of equipment and storage areas.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other warehouse associates, supervisors, and delivery teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Participate in training and development initiatives as needed.
