- Completes lease form or agreement and collects rental.
- Ensures that units and target property are ready for occupancy.
- Looks for competitive properties.
- Develops full knowledge of application information required, screening processes and policies regarding rentals.
- Develops and maintains an on-going clients’ retention program.
- Plays an active role in the renewal process of lease area.
- Responsible for proper maintenance of all client and property files.
- Efficient and timely processing of all required administrative forms, reports and related information.
- Handles clients’ requests and complaints.
- Candidate must be willing to work at Festive Walk Mall Iloilo.
