Project Manager (Palawan)
Candidate will be assigned as dedicated Project Manager tasked to oversee all ongoing and upcoming capital projects in Palawan. He will be principally responsible for the oversight and performance appraisal of appointed Project Engineers managing building enhancement and residential refresh projects in Mactan. Ideally, candidate should be a local or can understand and speak the local dialect.
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Provide a clear plan for the project by setting objectives reckoned from the signed Project Brief, and by programming and tracking project expense objectives to achieve these goals. Devise comprehensive project schedules off confirmed schematic schedules and secure buy-off of the same from functional departments.
- Monitor and track professional consultants' design and documentation submittals for the project vis-a-vis the agreed Project Brief and the schedule. Monitor and track contractor appointments and purchase of identified long lead and owner-supplied items
- Oversee efficient contract administration carried out by CMD.
- Monitor the project cost plan in conjunction with functional departments at Operations
- Monitor and report on the programs of the projects to measure the performance compared to programs and budgets, and to recommend corrective action.
- Participate in meetings as required and called for by CMD and the HO.
- Oversee implementation of an appropriate quality control system; provide recommendations where necessary.
- Collate project technical close-out documentation for safekeeping.
- Manage own time on projects and ensure there is sufficient manhours expended on each assigned project.
- Candidate must have an extensive experience in QA Management
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
