Human Resource Officer

Job Summary:
The Human Resource Officer at our prestigious 4-star property is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The goal is to support the property in achieving its objectives by fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the effective management of the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain qualified candidates.
  • Conduct job analysis and prepare job descriptions and specifications.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the organization.
2. Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
  • Address and resolve employee issues, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
3. Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, making improvements as needed.
4. Performance Management:
  • Implement and manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring fair and accurate evaluations.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
5. Compliance and Policy Management:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and standards.
6. Compensation and Benefits:
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair practices.
  • Conduct salary reviews and market comparisons to maintain competitive compensation structures.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
7. HR Administration:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.
  • Assist with HR budgeting and forecasting activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month

Experience:
  • Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
  • 100% (Preferred)
