The Sales and Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to promote Daluyon Beach and Mountain Resort. This role involves driving revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities, managing relationships with clients, and enhancing the resort’s brand presence through various marketing channels. The Sales and Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in increasing bookings, enhancing guest satisfaction, and promoting the resort's services. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in both domestic and international markets. Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other key partners. Negotiate and close deals with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms for the resort. Meet or exceed sales targets set by the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the resort’s services and offerings. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning. Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, and print advertising. Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, and online content.
Brand Management: Ensure consistency in the resort’s branding and messaging across all marketing platforms. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes. Promote the resort’s unique selling points, including its location, amenities, and sustainable practices.
Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate promotional events, such as travel expos, resort open houses, and special guest experiences. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution of events and promotions. Manage event budgets and logistics, ensuring all details are aligned with the resort’s standards.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain a database of existing and potential clients, keeping accurate records of interactions and transactions. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner. Follow up with clients post-stay to gather feedback and encourage repeat bookings.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Analyze marketing campaign effectiveness using metrics such as ROI, engagement rates, and customer acquisition costs. Provide regular updates to the Sales and Marketing Manager on progress toward sales and marketing goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Reservations, Front Office, and Food & Beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences. Partner with the Sustainability team to highlight and promote the resort’s eco-friendly practices. Assist in training new sales and marketing staff as needed.
