Job Summary: The Human Resource Officer at our prestigious 4-star property is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The goal is to support the property in achieving its objectives by fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the effective management of the workforce. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and Staffing:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain qualified candidates.
Conduct job analysis and prepare job descriptions and specifications.
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the organization.
2. Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
Address and resolve employee issues, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
3. Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, making improvements as needed.
4. Performance Management:
Implement and manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring fair and accurate evaluations.
Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
