Responsibilities:

• Prepares the appointment letters for all employee movements such as regularization, lateral transfers, and change of position title of Malachite Value Builders, Inc.
• Update position descriptions of all new hires and employee movement.
• Monitor and prepare employment contracts for all project-based and fixed-term employees.
• Promptly handle office tasks such as creating and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical, of Performance Management files.

Qualifications:

• Preferably a graduate of BS in Business Administration Major in Human Resource Development Management, Office Administration or any related course.
• With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work in Compostela, Cebu.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
