• Issues appointment and regret letters and answers all correspondences;
• Ensures Job Descriptions are up-to-date
• Ensures recruitment of personnel is done objectively and is based on Job Descriptions and manpower specifications;
• Checks references and qualifications of new hires prior to employment;
• Issues memoranda as needed;
• Monitors and oversees all staff leave, sick leave, and progress of new employees;
• Ensures performance appraisals for all staff are carried out on an annual basis;
• Ensures appropriate personnel are nominated or sent on a particular training course;
• Ensures personnel files are maintained and kept;
• Ensures company Code of Conduct and Discipline is observed and that all relevant documentations are complete;
• Attends management meetings and initiates relevant follow-ups;
• Monitors management/staff relations and mediates where necessary;
• Performs other duties that are incident to his/her office or are entrusted to him/her by the top Management.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Human Resources Manager: 1 year (Required)
