Ø Shall prepare pØ Shall prepare payroll including deductions of withholding taxes, SSS, PHIC and HMDF contribution. Ø Time Keeping (monitor attendance, tardiness, credit leaves and overtime). Ø Shall enroll newly-hired employees with SSS, PHIC, HMDF and BIR. Ø Facilitate needed amendments and changes to newly-hired employees and new declares of regular employees using the forms provided by the Government agencies. Ø Shall process employee’s benefits, such as SSS and Pag-ibig, Salary Loans, Sickness claims and PHIC medical claims. Ø Implements employee benefits, incentives, government mandated benefits and company initiated benefits. Ø Maintain tardiness/absences/violation report of all employees. Ø Facilitate all Employee Relation matters and submit copy of Incident/Violation and report to HR Head for proper sanction. Ø Shall respond to all salary and benefits queries by employees. Ø Manage and Maintain the HRIS. Ø Conducts initial interview of recommended applicants for staff and supervisory position if HR Staff has other to attend. Ø Shall be in charge in conducting orientation for newly-hired bank employee/s. Ø Assist HR Manager in planning and implementing new policies, processes and development of employees.
