Job Description The Financing Manager is responsible for leading and managing the financing team to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, a deep understanding of the financing industry, and exceptional leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Auto Loans team to achieve sales targets
Develop and implement strategies to grow the auto loan portfolio
Manage the auto loan underwriting and approval process
Ensure compliance with all regulations applicable to financing auto loans
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, dealers, and referral partners
Identify and mitigate risks associated with the auto loan portfolio
Monitoring and facilitating training programs for the Auto Loans team
Stay informed about new auto loan products and trends
Participate in industry events and networking opportunities
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
3+ years of experience at a branch manager level in the financing industry
Strong understanding of lending services and financial products
Must have the ability to handle at least 2 branches per region
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to meet and exceed performance goals
Has a professional demeanor and a positive attitude
