Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lead Manager to join our team as part of a 3-month paid internship program. The Lead Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that all leads in our Go High Level CRM are promptly and effectively contacted. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. There is potential for this internship to transition into a full-time role, based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all leads within the Go High Level CRM.
• Ensure all leads are contacted in a timely manner via email and text messages.
• Respond to and follow up with leads promptly, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• Track lead interactions and update CRM records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize and escalate leads as needed.
• Monitor and report on lead conversion rates and other key performance indicators.
• Support with underwriting and analysis of potential real estate deals.
• Assist with transaction coordination to ensure smooth closing processes.

Qualifications:

• Prior real estate experience is required.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with Go High Level CRM or similar CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage emails and text messages effectively.
• Proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.
• Underwriting experience and an understanding of creative real estate strategies is preferred.
• Transaction coordination experience is preferred.
