DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the store.
• Developing and implementing strategies to meet sales targets and increase profitability.
• Managing inventory levels and merchandise displays to optimize sales.
• Training and supervising staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints or issues.
• Analyzing sales data and trends to make informed decisions.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Collaborating with the management to achieve overall store objectives.
• Budgeting and controlling expenses to maximize profitability.
• Continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in store operations.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• Several years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in supervisory or managerial roles.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, and inventory management is also valuable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in budgeting, sales forecasting, and staff supervision are key competencies.
• Must be willing to be trained for 3 to 6 months duration.
• Must be willing to relocate and stay-in and be assigned in different store branches within Davao Region (Davao de Oro, Davao del Norte, Davao del Sur, Davao Oriental, and Davao Occidental)

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
