Store Supervisor - AllHome Santiago

THE ROLE: We are looking for Supervisors for Appliance Category who are willing to be assigned in All Home Santiago.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinates regularly with the Store Manager for any changes/improvements in the store.
- Checks schedules of rank and file employees to maximize their utilization coordinated with the other store officers
- Responsible for the supervision of the performance of all rank and file positions directly reporting to them
- Responsible for associate development, merchandising, inventory control, safety and loss prevention in order to promote sales and meet profit goals.
- Ensure delivery of store KPI's - Sales, EBIT, Customer Service and Store Visuals.
- Mediate as necessary when there are customer's complaints or concern that need immediate solutions.
- Ensures the highest level of customer service at all times
- Conducts PEP talks and meeting to subordinates
- Coordinates with other departments of the company to provide necessary reports.
- Minimum of 3 years in furniture/appliance/homelines supervision is preferred
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must have a background in the retail industry
- Successful applicane will be assigned in All Home, Santiago.
- 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Store Supervisor: 3 years (Preferred)
