Branch Secretary (Accounting Staff) is responsible for maintaining an effective records management system, ensuring the safekeeping of all files and documents within the store. This role also involves handling, monitoring, and preparing the replenishment of the Cash Fund (CF) for store expenditures. The Branch Secretay will perform various administrative tasks, including the preparation of reports, recording daily transactions, and routine clerical work. Additionally, the role requires performing other related duties as assigned by the Store Manager and adhering to specific instructions issued by the Head Office.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate a Bachelor's degree of Accountancy, Finance or any related course
• Preferably with working experience as Accounting Staff & Counter Cashiering gained from Retail Industry.
• With strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Must be willing to be trained for 5 months duration.
• Must be willing to relocate, stay-in and be assigned in different store branches within Davao Region (Davao de Oro, Davao del Norte, Davao del Sur, Davao Oriental, and Davao Occidental)
