Product Specialist - Real Estate Mortgage - Gensan

Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement branch sales strategies focused on real estate and property-related loan products, working towards achieving individual sales targets.
  • Generate leads through organic sales activities, such as networking, referrals, and local marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, developers, and other relevant partners
  • Ensure the quality loan applications by adhering to credit policies and conducting thorough creditworthiness assessments, with a specific understanding of real estate financing guidelines
Key Requirements:
  • High school diploma or K-12 graduate required. A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous, preferably within the real estate or financial services industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and explain real estate and property loan products and processes effectively
  • Willing to be assigned in Gensan Branch
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
