Facilities Coordinator (Naga)
Overview:
Facilities Coordinator
Do you the knack when it comes to planning?
Can you manage to upkeep equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards?
Are you a someone who can ensure that facilities are well maintained and conducting proactive maintenance?
The Facilities Coordinator will report directly to the Facilities Manager and be accountable for overall planning and execution of facilities maintenance. In addition, during build, will be responsible for monitoring contractor deliverables and performing site inspections.

Facilities Coordinator

The Facilities Coordinator will report directly to the Facilities Manager and be accountable for overall planning and execution of facilities maintenance. In addition, during build, will be responsible for monitoring contractor deliverables and performing site inspections.
You will have an opportunity to…
- Oversee and monitor any construction related activities at a given site
- Monitor project schedule and be familiar with project plan specifications
- Ensure compliance with lessor’s house rules as related to permits, gate passes and general
requirements
- Provide regular status reports
- Develop project objectives by reviewing facilities project proposals and plans conferring with
the Director and VP of Logistics
- Coordinate with our Corporate Security team for control implementation and safety at the site
- Establish and maintain preventative maintenance schedules
- Monitor timeliness and quality of work orders
- Lead a team of five (5) Facilities Technicians
- Monitor and maintain assets from all sites, as pertain to facilities
- Ad hoc tasks, as required
Qualifications:
- You will be a great fit on our team if…
- At least 2 years working experience in the field and must possess at least a High school Degree

Analytical and resourceful
- Results driven, autonomous, ,self-directed and motivational
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills is essential
- Strong interpersonal skills and client relationship management
-
College graduate or above required, in the fields of electrical and mechanical would be an asset
- Flexibility to work in a start-up environment, where constant change abounds
- Ability to work in a fast paced, stressful environment
- Strong multi-tasking, prioritization and time management skills are essential
- Ability to work in a 24 X 7 rotating shift environment
