Manage a team of housekeepers and facilities staff, coordinate maintenance activities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping and facilities departments. Ensures all areas of the property are maintained to high standards of cleanliness & functionality. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or any related field
Has 2-5 years experience in Supervisory role with housekeeping or facilities management
Strong leadership & team management abilities
Must have Driver’s License
Proficient in using cleaning equipment & understanding of maintenance procedures.
