1. Ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards. 2. Clean guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning windows, and sanitizing bathrooms. 3. Replace linens, towels, and other room supplies as needed. 4. Replenish amenities such as soap, shampoo, and other toiletries. 5. Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to the supervisor or manager. 6. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor for timely replenishment. 7. Monitor and enforce compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. 8. Address guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. 9. Coordinate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences. 10. Assist in the development and implementation of housekeeping procedures and guidelines. 11. Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving efficiency and guest satisfaction. 12.
