1. Manage the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and packages. 2. Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities, including parking areas, entrances, and common areas, to ensure security and safety standards are met. 3. Report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards to the supervisor or appropriate authorities. 4. Verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises, ensuring they have valid authorization and Assist guests and employees with inquiries, directions, and other security-related matters. 5. Monitor and control access to restricted areas, such as storage rooms or staff-only areas. 6. Provide a visible security presence, deterring potential criminal activity and ensuring the safety of guests and employees. 7. Respond promptly to emergency situations, such as fires, medical emergencies, or security threats, following established protocols and procedures. 8. Aid and support to guests and employees during emergencies, evacuations, or other crisis situations. 9. Interact with guests and employees in a courteous and professional manner, aiding and addressing security concerns. 10. Handle conflicts or disturbances calmly and effectively, following established de-escalation techniques. 11.
