Customer Relations Services Supervisor (Security)
Responsible for assisting the CRS Manager in the over-all supervision of personnel assigned to his section.
Benefits:
- Leads CRS Representatives in conducting searches/inspection within the designated area before and after the store hours in any given time, if warranted.
- Attends to customer concerns related to security matters.
- Assists in ensuring compliance to established security procedures and makes recommendations as to its review and/or continued implementation.
- Graduate of any four-year course
- With at least 2-3 years of experience in security operations
- Has knowledge in safety and security policies and procedures, investigation, reporting, and customer handling.
