We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team!
As a Housekeeping Room Attendant at The Pinnacle Hotel and Suites, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms. Your efforts will ensure that each guest enjoys a pleasant and hygienic stay.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php10,000.00 - Php13,000.00 per month

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant at The Pinnacle Hotel and Suites, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms. Your efforts will ensure that each guest enjoys a pleasant and hygienic stay.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards, including changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Replenish room amenities such as towels, toiletries, and other supplies.
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or lost items found in rooms to the supervisor.
- Ensure that all guest rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and maintain an inventory of cleaning products and equipment.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for extra items such as towels, pillows, or room cleaning.
- Follow safety and sanitation policies, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist in cleaning and organizing public areas of the hotel, including corridors, lounges, and meeting spaces as needed.
- Adhere to hotel policies regarding security and privacy, respecting guest property and personal space.
- Report lost and found items to the Housekeeping Department for proper documentation.
- Ensure efficient service, completing assigned tasks within designated time frames.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
