Business Development Specialist
Job Description
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
- Making cold calls or reaching out to prospects.
- Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
- Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
- Conduct Site Visits to viable locations to assess feasibility of deployment.
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal.
- Generating sales by tracking the targets to align with the company's objectives.
- Evaluate the job performance of the new accounts.
- Monitor Sales Metrics (monthly, quarterly, yearly, and forecast)
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Exploring and Upselling new business development opportunities as defined by the Superior.
- Coordinating with marketing on promotional material.
- Handling complaints and negotiations. Identify the needs and recommend solutions.
- Coordinate with the Senior Manager/Manager/Supervisor for conceptualization and execution of sales strategies and tactics.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- Performs such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
